I have loved photography my whole life. Yep, I'm one of those people y'all.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Over the years I have really loved looking at every VOGUE and fashion magazine, alllll the wedding magazines and Instagram pages. I love photos, moodboards, fashion and trends, classics, film, crafting...
I am someone who is always keeping busy making art, that's just the creative in me. So, when I'm not behind the lens and making magic with you, I am behind the chair as a Blonde and Hair Extension Specialist in my own salon at Salt Noir in Southern Washington.
I remember watching Step Mom with my mom as a kid and I wanted soo bad to be a photographer living in New York and driving a Land Rover like Julia Roberts, to me that was the coolest job ever. I always was begging for disposable cameras and any kind of powershot digital camera. I saved my babysitting money to go to Walgreens and print things off for my school binder and to cover my bedroom walls. I took photography in high school where I learned to develop film and how to toggle all the camera settings and I have been hooked ever since!

Over the last couple years my photography style has evolved into romantic, documentary with luxurious, Vogue, editorial influences. I love the look of luxurious and clean imagery both in color with true-to-life tones, and crisp black and white images, just as much as I love the look of a grainy film shot.
I love all things film and polaroid, I have multiple film cameras, including a couple newer polaroid film cameras and a classic polaroid film camera from the 90's that is just so beautiful that sometimes it's hard to use because I want it to stay perfect!
Photography is so important to me because memories fade. I'm not even old yet and my own memories are already starting to change a little bit as time goes on and there isn't anything I wouldn't do to make sure I have photos to remember all the moments and milestones in this life. I love sharing that with others and making it possible for everyone else to celebrate and keep their memories forever too!
I am married to my very best friend in this whole world, and together we have the cutest littles, and adopted the fluffiest German Shepherd. We live in Washington State, but we are always driving all around Oregon, back and forth to Utah and scrolling Zillow for our dream homes in Arizona or Texas.
My love language consists of Sugar-Free RedBull, dirty Diet Dr. Pepper and words of affirmation.. I love trips to Costco just as much as a trip to Target. I love high fashion and editorial moments as much as I love a walk on the moody pacific northwest coast or my favorite pair of leggings. Oversized flannels, daily naps and snuggles with my kiddos and fur child are staples in my life. I am a follower of Christ and do my best to be an example of our Savior in everything I do. I couldn't live my life without podcasts, audiobooks or music... I have everything downloaded to Spotify and Libby at all times! You'll catch me bouncing around from Postie, Lainey Wilson, to TSwift, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Dean, Leon Bridges and Noah Kahn, and then even over to some Eminem, Kendrick or Biggie.. don't even get me started on Abba or Chappel Roan. My playlists and book tastes are eclectic I love a bit of everything! Oh and also.. I'm an iPhone girl through and through. I love my AirDrop and FaceTime. I'm also a black car mom... iykyk.

If I'm honest I enjoy at least a couple of these babies a day. I love myself a sugarfree redbull on ice just as much as I love a dirty soda, and let me tell ya, they have gotten me through so many sessions and late nights editing.
